Professional Staff
Paul D. Cumming, Ph.D. - Company President and Principal Investigator on the NHLBI grants (HL61111 and HLHL072635), Dr. Cumming has been with the company since its founding in 1982. He is responsible for NHLBI research, planning corporate strategy and overseeing operations.

Philip S. Abrams, Ph.D - Director of Operations. Dr. Abrams is the Company's technology expert and is responsible for system design and quality assurance, customer service and implementations. As a consultant to Talisman, he developed the current system architecture.

Douglas E. Prete - Doug Prete is Talisman’s Director, New Site Acquisition. In this position he is responsible for the marketing and sales of Talisman’s software and systems.

Kristin C. Murdock - Manager of Human Resources and Financial Specialist. She ensures that Talisman meets all human resource requirements of local, state and Federal governments. She also handles the bookkeeping, payroll and financial needs of Talisman.

Edward L. Wallace, Ph.D. - Edward L. Wallace, Ph.D., is a National Heart Lung & Blood Institute (NHLBI) Co-investigator, serves as director of research and is President of the Center for Management Systems, Naples, Florida.
