Philip S. Abrams, PhD
Dr. Abrams holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton
University in Mathematics as well as Masters and Ph.D. degrees from
Stanford University in Computer Science. He has over thirty years
of experience as a consultant to and officer in national and international
computing organizations, allowing him to provide Talisman with a
substantial body of experience in addition to his impressive educational
credentials. Most recently Dr. Abrams has served as Chief Technology
Officer to several internet startups. Dr. Abrams has co-authored
patents in the health-care industry and currently serves as chair
of an Institutional Review Board. |

Philip
Abrams is Talisman's Director of Operations. In this position, he
is the Company's technology expert and is responsible for quality
assurance, implementations and customer service. Prior to joining
the Company full time, Dr. Abrams served as a consultant for several
years. He developed the architecture of the current Web QDS system
as well as extensions planned and under development.
